After serving in the military, Charlie found himself searching for what he truly wanted to do in life. He had always loved working with his hands and creating moments of joy for others. Some of his favorite memories with fellow soldiers were spent sharing laughter over a well-crafted cocktail — and that spark naturally led him to bartending.
Today, Charlie is not only the heart behind Shake It, Pour It, Charlie! but also a firefighter. Helping people has always been at the core of who he is — whether it’s answering a call in the community, or making sure a client’s big day goes off without stress.
Shake It, Pour It, Charlie! is proudly family-owned, with every member pitching in to bring their unique skills to the table. From running the mobile bar trailer to designing signature cocktail menus, the team is dedicated to one mission: making your event unforgettable.
