Step 1: Contact Us


Once you reach out, we’ll walk you through your bartending needs.

Hosting more than 50 guests? We’ll recommend an extra bartender to keep the drinks flowing smoothly.

Step 2: Choose Your Drinks


Want beer and wine only, or full cocktails?

If cocktails are on the menu, we’ll design a custom 3-drink menu based on your favorite spirits — like tequila, whiskey, or gin.
➡ Example: Pick tequila and your menu might include Margaritas, Ranch Waters, and Palomas.
(Want more than 3 cocktails? We can build out a larger menu for an additional fee. Complex drinks may cost more.)

Step 3: Decide on the Setup


Already have a bar space?

Great. If not, we can bring our full mobile bar setup. You’ll provide the alcohol, mixers, and glassware, while we’ll bring the garnishes, tools, and napkins.

Prefer us to handle it all? We can do that too!

Step 4: Book Your Time


Decide how long you’d like us to serve — and remember to include 30 minutes at the start and end for setup and cleanup.

Step 5: Sit Back & Enjoy


On the big day, we’ll show up, set up, mix, shake, and pour until the last drink is served. When it’s all over, we’ll clean up and leave you with nothing but memories (and maybe your new favorite cocktail recipe).
